Mouse t lymphoma cell line expressing luciferase – ko99l/luc

The primary KO99L cell line was established by cultivating tumoral thymocytes from a tPTEN-/- mouse. KO99L cells were transduced with a pLenti-III-luc23 construct to stably express luciferase. rnSeveral clones are available.

Interest / Relevance: This cell line is suitale for in vitro and in vivo analyses of tumor growth by bioluminescence. rnTumorigenic in nude mice.
